Requirements

  • Good English level;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the EU;
  • 3-years experience (minimum);
  • Preference for a Master’s degree in Surgical Nursing – Perioperative care;
  • Time and dedication to attend the Dutch course;
  • Well-informed about developments in the field.

Offer

  • Intensive Dutch course A1-B1 (11 weeks online + 6 weeks in-person in Portugal + books + scholarship during the online training for personal expenses + accommodation and food allowance during the in-person training);
  • Fixed-term contract for the first year with the perspective of a long-lasting collaboration;
  • Salary between €3,278 and €5,084 per month based on a 36-hour workweek, depending on education and experience;
  • Contract hours are negotiable (32 or 36 hours) – usually from Monday to Friday, with an irregularity bonus in case you need to work on weekends;
  • Salary progression every year;
  • Coverage of home-to-work travel costs;
  • 25 days of vacation + PLB (personal life stage-related budget) hours when working full-time;
  • Year-end bonus (8.33% of your annual salary);
  • Holiday allowance (8.33% of your annual salary);
  • Support with finding a fully furnished home ready for immediate move-in;
  • Support/assistance in work and private life, through a coach.
  • Offer of official language exam costs;
  • Offer of Big Register costs.
